These Terms of Use govern Home Assistant de Nicolas, a private, personal Home Assistant instance ("the app") operated by an individual ("the owner") for the owner's exclusive use. The app is not a commercial service and is not made available to the general public.
The app exists solely to help the owner manage their own household smart-home devices and to display the owner's own Google Calendar and Google Tasks information on private in-home screens. It is not intended for, offered to, or usable by any other person.
The app connects to the owner's Google account, with the owner's consent, only to read the owner's own calendar events and tasks. Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a personal, non-commercial project it may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app. The app is a personal tool and carries no service-level commitment.
The app relies on Google services and on Home Assistant. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or the Home Assistant / Nabu Casa project.
